Experience Eimelrod on its five local, well-maintained hiking trails, each 5 to 8 km long, and its direct connection to the Uplandsteig trail.
The trail leads around the Sähre stream to the striking summit of the Osterkopf in Usseln. The Osterkopf, with its panoramic mountain peak (708 m) in the middle of a protected upland heath, is one of the Sauerland's soulful places. Its story is entitled "Infinity".

Directions
The trail leads first towards the shelter at Wirbelau, then you can choose whether to go right or left around the Sähre stream. At Osterkopf, you should definitely make a detour to the summit to enjoy the beautiful view. On the other side of the Sähre, you hike back across Wirbelau to the starting point.
