From the hiking car park "Loipenhaus Schweinsbühl", the Sb3 first leads towards the treading pool, where you can do something good for your legs and feet.
The Diemelsteig trail returns you to the starting point at the "Loipenhaus Schweinsbühl" hiking car park. In the center of Schweinsbühl, you can stop for a break at the Gasthaus Sommerfrische.
After this short stop, the first climb begins, which takes you to the source of the Rhene River between Widdehagen and Höhlenscheid. The refuge at the source of the Rhene River offers a beautiful and peaceful spot for a break.
