Circular hiking trail Korbach K1

From the trailhead parking lot, descend the winding path to the ponds of the abandoned village of Eidinghausen, cross the pond dam to the shelter, and then continue into the forest to a crossroads. Here, turn right and follow the path slightly downhill to the next crossroads. There, the trail marker points left out of the forest. Turn left onto the farm track and continue west for 600 meters, then turn left uphill past beehives to a junction with the X6 Upland-Weserbergland Trail. Cross the X6 trail straight ahead and continue to the main road to Strothe. Follow the footpath alongside the road to the left, towards the edge of the forest. Cross the road to the turnoff for Ober-Waroldern and after 80 meters you will be back at the starting point of the circular hike.
