Diemelsee KulTour - From Diemelsee to Bad Arolsen

The starting point is at the parking lot by the tourist information office, Kirchstraße 6. Diemelsee-Heringhausen.

From the parking lot, we turn onto Kirchstraße and cycle towards the dam. At the mini-golf course, we turn right onto Siekesweg. We pass the Diemelsteighütte on our left and continue along Siekesweg out of Heringhausen. The path leads us towards Rhenegge. We cycle through Rhenegge and continue on to Adorf. We follow Arolserstraße until the turnoff to Heimberg. We then cycle at a leisurely pace towards Vasbeck. Following the signs, we continue through the forest after passing through the village to the Frederinghausen estate. Five minutes later, we reach Massenhausen with its toy museum. We are now in the Bad Arolsen district, but before we reach the former royal residence, the historic half-timbered town of Mengeringhausen beckons us to explore its charms.
