safety instructions

The Diemel Cycle Path runs mostly along farm tracks and largely away from federal and state highways. The construction and maintenance of farm tracks primarily serves agricultural and forestry purposes. Today, farmers share these paths with walkers, hikers, joggers, horseback riders, and cyclists. Even designated cycle paths are not exclusively reserved for cyclists. Farmers, in particular, rely on these farm tracks to carry out their daily work. We ask you to always ride considerately and carefully. Please be mindful of one another and show understanding for each other.
