Wildlife and leisure park Willingen

The Ettelsberg Wildlife and Leisure Park is home to approximately 380 animals from a total of over 80 species. These include fallow deer, red deer, and sika deer; predators such as brown bears and wild cats; and exotic animals such as Barbary macaques and parrots; as well as wild boars, pot-bellied pigs, and much more. You can even experience and feed some of the animals up close at the petting zoo.

Birds of prey, owls, and parrot shows take place several times a day, six days a week. These are very popular with spectators. The playground equipment and rides also provide a little entertainment for the kids.

The snack bar in the entrance area offers Italian dishes, hamburgers, currywurst, fries, delicious desserts and coffee specialties.

But beware—another dangerous species lives in the dark spruce forest on the Ettelsberg. Life-size dinosaur models provide a true impression of the power and size of these gigantic prehistoric inhabitants.
