Motorhome pitches Wehrweide

Twelve parking spaces are available. Each space is spacious (12 meters long, 3 meters wide plus an additional 2 meters). Access is via Illersteg Street; the address for your GPS is Illersteg 1. The Wehrweide parking area can be accessed via the Mühlgraben Bridge. The parking spaces have a grass paver surface and are illuminated. There is one EMS-ENERGY 4 Master electrical hookup for every four parking spaces. 0,5 kWh of electricity is available for €1,00.

In the area of ​​the parking space entrance (island section), a disposal station (channel) for wastewater and cassette or chemical toilets is embedded in the ground, including a flushing system and an EMS-CLEAN control panel. Use is free of charge. Also located in the island section is an EMS-WATER fresh water dispenser. Ten liters of drinking water are provided there for €0,10. Water supply and waste disposal are available year-round.

All water dispensers are coin-operated. All common euro coins are accepted. Card payment is also possible.

Used glass can be disposed of in the appropriate glass recycling containers in the adjacent Wehrweide parking lot.

In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the old town with its lovingly restored half-timbered buildings, the castle hill, the Church of Our Lady, the Upper and Lower Market Squares with the historic, ten-towered town hall and carillon – one of the most beautiful town halls in Germany. The museum in Frankenberg Monastery, located in the former St. Georgenberg Monastery, and the pedestrian zone for strolling and shopping are also just a short walk away.
