Arolsen Residence Palace
The three-wing complex, which Prince Friedrich Anton Ulrich commissioned his master builder Julius Rothweil to design, was intended as a Baroque "magnificent building" with its ornate facades and interior decorations, underscoring the claim to the hereditary princely title. Guided tours are offered through the historically furnished rooms. Tours of the armory and Alhambra are accompanied by informational folders.
