Orenbergschanze Willingen
While the Mühlenkopfschanze in the Stryck district is used for international competitions, the three Orenbergschanze in the village are used as training jumps for the junior jumpers of the ski club Willingen used. Even the youngest ski jumpers learn how to ski on the K10, K40, and K50 jumps. All three training jumps are covered with matting, ensuring year-round operation. Every year, young ski jumpers compete at the popular Orenberg Cup in Willingen.
