In the building of the former Usseln dairy, next to the Upländer Milchmuhseum, there is also the organic shop of the Upländer Bauernmolkerei.
In addition to our own organic pasture-fed milk products and a large selection of regional and national organic cheeses in our cheese counter, you can also find sausages, wine, and other organically produced products, as well as a small selection of gift items. Order a gift basket from us for celebrations or birthdays! We'd be happy to put together a customized cheese platter for you.
 
We organic farmers not only supply milk, we also process it in our own dairy into regional quality products and market them ourselves. Animal welfare, species conservation, and climate protection are top priorities at Upländer Bauernmolkerei. Our cows are allowed to graze outdoors on pasture whenever possible.
The range includes exclusively organic pasture-fed milk products from recognized organic farming that are Bioland and Fairbio certified:
Whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, regional Hessian pasture-fed milk, chocolate milk, natural yogurt, butter, buttermilk, orange-passion fruit and raspberry-lemon fruit buttermilk, whipped cream, sour cream, sour cream, crème fraîche, and hand cheese with and without caraway. We supply these to health food stores, wholesalers, regional stores, and food retailers. We also offer our products in our own organic store.
