Kaulbach House
The birthplace of the historical painter and illustrator Wilhelm von Kaulbach is one of the oldest buildings in the Baroque royal city. This typical craftsman's house was home to family members who worked as cabinetmakers for the princes and citizens of Waldeck. Examples of their craftsmanship and the original carpenter's workshop illustrate their work. Paintings and graphic works provide insights into the history of the painting dynasty. Fun stations provide information about wood and crafts.
