Recreational area at the village pond in Armsfeld

This centrally located pond with fishing opportunities has been ecologically stabilized and – with considerable personal effort from the residents – sustainably enhanced.
An open-air stage, a barbecue area with a pond, and a jetty with a sunbathing platform right by the pond demonstrate how beautiful village life amidst nature can be. A wading pool offers refreshment on hot days, as long as there is still enough water flowing in the Michelbach stream. 
An interesting village trail with exciting stations provides information about the history of the place and about treasures and special features in flora and fauna.
