Exhibitions in the castle
In the inner west wing of the castle, the museum Bad Arolsen The museum and the museum association present changing exhibitions on art and cultural history, contemporary art, and photography. In the area of contemporary art, the exhibition series "made for arolsen" was developed. A spectacular opening event was the exhibition featuring the flower dog Puppy by the American artist Jeff Koons and an installation by Damien Hirst. Other internationally renowned artists from Europe, America, and Australia also exhibited their works.
