The Waldecker Land has one well-developed network of cycle paths (tourist routes), which is constantly growing.
Besides Hessian long-distance cycle routes R5, R6, R8 there is a close network of other tourist cycle routes.
 

The most important cycle paths include the two popular River cycle paths, the quality cycle routes classified by the General German Bicycle Club:
