Communication

Sustainable communication is a must. Today, sustainability and sustainability management have a completely different significance than they did in the past.
Increasingly frequent weather extremes and poor scientific forecasts have changed politics and society. Guests are paying more attention to the CO2Emissions during production, climate protection along the supply chain, recyclability, and the circular economy. Sustainability influences the way people perceive, evaluate, and consume products and services.
It is therefore extremely important to communicate your sustainable approaches and the goals you have achieved from the guest's arrival to their departure and to provide them with all the necessary information – in other words, to ensure transparency and authenticity.

Activities:

  • Communication of sustainability activities

  • mention, actively inform guests about the use of regional products

  • Communication about the support of climate-neutral projects (tree planting campaigns, animal welfare, etc.)
  • Green holiday partners on site, for example a map with green excursion destinations (leisure facilities, cafes and so on)

It is also important to identify and train people responsible for sustainability within the company so that they can promote the principles. Incorporating sustainability into the corporate strategy in the form of a mission statement is a good way to do this.
