Camping Edersee Paradise

Our campsite, located on a listed farmhouse, is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac – meaning there's absolutely no through traffic. The site offers everything a camper could wish for: a cozy restaurant, a small shop with fresh bread rolls, playgrounds and sports fields, a sauna, a table tennis room, and a dog park. We have over 145 pitches and also offer cabins and caravans for rent.
Many other animals roam the farm – some even close enough to pet! Children love, for example, entering the goat enclosure, walking with the donkeys, riding the horses, or even swimming! The raccoons sometimes peek around the corner from their tent, too.

The surrounding area offers numerous well-marked hiking and cycling trails that lead you directly through the national park. Or perhaps you'd prefer to spend a day on the water? Then you can, for example, rent a boat or SUP, go fishing, or swimming.

Thanks to our location on the reservoir, you also have the opportunity to experience the low water level in late summer, which creates a unique flora and fauna. A popular destination at this time is the Atlantis Bridge, which is normally submerged.
