Waldeck Castle Clock Tower Restaurant
In the small, fine restaurant Alte Turmuhr, our chef conjures up wonderful dishes and menus for sophisticated culinary standards. He combines the exotic with first-class regional products to create dishes that are surprisingly beautiful to look at and, above all, taste wonderful. He is only satisfied with himself when he has made his guests “a little bit happier” through his surprising compositions. And you can even see this ambition when you try one of his “self-designed” types of bread.
Please note that overly casual clothing such as sportswear or swimwear as well as flip-flops are not compatible with our restaurant orientation in the “Alte Turmuhr” restaurant. They are perfect from smart casual to business looks.

Parking lot (car + bus*) at Waldeck Castle. This parking lot is chargeable for cars. A daily rate (cash) can be drawn. The parking ticket is then valid in all other paid locations in the municipality of Edertal and the city of Waldeck!

In general, the “AST-Taxi” (CallSammelTaxi) should also be included in the planning. With the CallSammelTaxis (AST), the NVV ensures mobility on routes that are not in great demand. Instead of taking the bus, you can travel here in normal taxis or rental cars. AST also have fixed timetables - you just have to register your wish to travel by telephone (usually) up to 30 minutes before the journey. Also remember that AST only run when there are no normal buses running at the same time.
