Public guided tours of the dam take place every Wednesday and Saturday from June to September. Wednesdays at 16:00 PM and Saturdays at 11:30 AM.
Duration: approx. 60 minutes
Meeting point: In front of the Edersee visitor center
Tip: Combine the dam tour with a subsequent visit to “Mythos Edersee” in the visitor center. There you go on an emotional journey through time through the Edertal. Historical, sometimes animated, images and video sequences from the imperial era to the present are projected onto the walls.
