Bikepark beginner course
Here you'll learn everything you need for your first bike park experience. This course is aimed at beginners and those new to the bike park who have little or no prior experience. Requirements for participation are general bike control and a minimum age of 10.
Our course runs from 10:30 am to 16:30 pm, with a break from approximately 13:00 pm to 14:00 pm.
The meeting point is the bike rental at the K1 lift, where we first get to know each other and check our equipment.
The minimum number of participants is 3 people.
In this course, our experienced guide will teach you general bike park basics, such as rules and lift usage. You'll also learn the basic setup of your bike and receive tips on body position and eye tracking. Together, we'll practice braking and cornering techniques on berms, as well as basic jump exercises. Depending on the weather, we'll also incorporate the Northshore element into our exercises.
We'll be practicing at Flow Country or the Flow Country Trail in the freeride area. For this course, you'll need a bike with disc brakes, a full-face helmet, and protective gear. If you don't have your own equipment, you can rent it from us.
We recommend wearing gloves, but unfortunately you cannot rent them from us!
The price for the course is €110,00 and includes the course fee.
If you need a rental bike and/or equipment, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the course so we can hand everything over to you in time. Please note that lift tickets are not included in the service and must therefore be booked separately!
We look forward to welcoming you to our bike park beginner course and helping you improve your bike park skills.
