Nature-based mindfulness training offers a wonderful opportunity to disconnect from everyday life and immerse yourself in nature with all your senses. Proven elements from mindfulness exercises and wilderness training are used to cultivate a mindful awareness of your body within the pristine natural environment of the national park. Alternatively, in case of rain, the training takes place at the National Park Center and on the outdoor grounds.
The exercises are based on the project “Green Care – Nature and Mental Health” and can be easily integrated into everyday life.

Please bring: a seat cushion or mat, comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes depending on the weather forecast (if necessary, rain gear, sunscreen and tick repellent)
