• The texts displayed on the website are not additionally presented in plain language.
• Not all content elements can be operated exclusively with the keyboard.
• The fact element automatically counts up the numbers, which cannot currently be stopped.
• The H markup of the headings is not yet properly maintained, which is why the correct and desired hierarchy of the headings is not yet in place.
• Not all link titles on the website are properly maintained.

After a period of six weeks, you have the right to contact the Enforcement and Monitoring Body directly. The Ombudsman's Office will attempt to determine the circumstances of the lack of accessibility, involving all parties involved, so that the provider can remedy the situation.
